QR codes only. Your logo stays on your device.

Error correction switches to High so the code still scans. Test-scan one code before printing many.

Printing

In the print dialog choose 100% / “Actual size” and turn off headers and footers. Print a test page on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet first.

Your code

From spreadsheet to QR codes in three steps

  1. Prepare the list. One row per code. Column A is what the code contains (a link, a product number, any text), column B an optional description that is printed under the code. A header row such as value, description is optional.
  2. Save as CSV and drop the file on the generator above, or paste the rows straight from Excel into the text box.
  3. Check the previews. Rows that can't be encoded are marked red with the reason. Then download everything as one ZIP or print the codes on a label sheet.

What people use bulk QR codes for

  • Product and shelf labels linking to each product's page or manual.
  • Event badges and tickets with a unique code per guest.
  • Inventory and asset tags (see also the asset tag generator, which numbers the codes for you).
  • Room, table or machine signs that each open their own page or form.
  • Business cards for a whole team: the contact QR code page reads names, phones and emails from a CSV.

Track which code was scanned

Turn on Link tracking (UTM) in the options and tick “Use each code’s description as utm_content”. Every link gets its own tag, so your analytics shows exactly which label, poster or table was scanned, without paying for a dynamic QR service.

Frequently asked questions

How many QR codes can I make at once?

Up to 2,000 per batch, and there is no limit on the number of batches. For bigger lists, split the spreadsheet into several files.

Can I upload an .xlsx file?

Save it as CSV first: in Excel use File → Save As → CSV UTF-8, in Google Sheets File → Download → Comma-separated values. Both comma and semicolon separated files work, as do older Excel CSV files.

How are the files named?

Each file is numbered in the order of your rows and named after the description (or the content when there is no description), for example 001_Room 101.png. The ZIP also contains codes.csv, which lists every file with its content.

Can one batch mix QR codes and barcodes?

Yes. Add a type column with qr, code128, ean13, ean8, upc, code39, itf14 or codabar per row. Rows without a type use the type chosen in the options.
