Logo in the middle
QR codes only. Your logo stays on your device.
Error correction switches to High so the code still scans. Test-scan one code before printing many.
Link tracking (UTM)
Scans then show up in Google Analytics (or similar) under these names, without a paid tracking service. Tags a link already has are kept.
Printing
In the print dialog choose 100% / “Actual size” and turn off headers and footers. Print a test page on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet first.
Your code
Batch from CSV
One code per row. Columns: value (what the code contains), description (optional), type (optional: qr, code128, ean13, ean8, upc, code39, itf14, codabar). Comma, semicolon or tab separated, as Excel and Google Sheets save it.

Ideas for calendar QR codes
Event posters and invitations: no more forgotten dates.
Course and training schedules: one code per session.
Appointment cards at clinics and salons.
Keep the details short: every extra word makes the code denser. Put long information on a web page and use a normal link QR code instead.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work on every phone?
Most Android phones and current iPhones offer to add the event when scanning with the camera. Some older phones need a QR scanner app. Test with the phones your audience uses.
Which time zone is used?
The time is saved as local time, so the event appears at the same clock time in the calendar of whoever scans it. That suits events people attend in person.
Can I make codes for several events?
Yes. Batch from CSV with the columns title, start, end, location, details; write times as 2026-06-20 18:00.
