Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Both camera apps recognise SMS QR codes and open the messages app.

Is the SMS sent automatically?

No. The phone prepares the message and the person presses send. Normal SMS charges apply.

Should I use international number format?

Yes. Write the number with the country code (+372 …) so it works for visitors from abroad too.
